The soft faded quality you've managed to capture with this image works very well to set off the figure in the middle. Thus creating a wonderful contrast between the two which is very evocative. I also really feel that the colors work together well as a whole to bring everything together.

The one piece that feels out of place--at least for me with this piece--is the crosses in the lower left corner vs. the figures in the lower right corner. They do not quiet seem to balance each other out. Though I really like the figures in the right corner and the sense of emotion and motion there.
